DTH Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase my ticket(s) at the market?
Yes, market passes may be purchased at the ticket office. Event tickets can sell-out, so we recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance. Any remaining tickets will be available for purchase at the ticket office. 

Will I receive a refund if I don’t use my market pass or event tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable and will be treated as a donation if you are unable to attend. 

How can I pay for my Deck the Halls tickets?
Cash and card will be accepted at the ticket window during the event. You can purchase general market passes and event tickets online beginning September the 1st 2023.

How do I redeem tickets purchased online?
Paper tickets are provided ONLY if a ticket is purchased through the ticket window. You can use your ticket by accessing the QR code listed on your confirmation email. QR code will be scanned for entry into the market and Deck the Halls Events. 

Can my market day pass be used multiple times on the same day?
Your one day market pass is valid for one full day. You may obtain a stamp for re-entry if leaving the market temporarily. If you wish to shop on another day, a new market pass must be purchased. 

Is a market day pass required for children?
If your child is 6 or younger, no market pass is required. A ticket must be purchased for children 7 and older who wish to enter the market. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Do I need to purchase an event ticket for my child?
ALL individuals who wish to attend a Deck the Halls event (Breakfast with Santa, Cookies with the Clauses, Mother Daughter Tea, and Gingerbread Bash) must purchase a ticket. This includes children under the age of 7. 

Are discounted tickets available?
Market day passes for college students, military personnel, and teachers are available at a discount with a valid ID. Anyone aged 7 and older will require a ticket to enter the market. Discounted event tickets are not available.

Will my performer pass cover multiple family members?
Each performer will be issued one performer pass. This pass will grant market admission for ONE individual. Additional market passes must be purchased if more than one individual plans to enter the market for shopping and/or performances. 

Are pets permitted to attend?
Service animals will be admitted. All other animals are prohibited in accordance with health department guidelines. 

How are the funds raised through ticket sales utilized?
Deck the Halls proceeds are used to support the Junior League of Waco’s community projects and initiatives with a focus on early childhood education. See our website to learn more about our specific projects and initiatives. Thank you for your support!

Do you sell decorations after the event?
Select decorations will be available for purchase on Sunday through the ticket office. 

Can my child attend Ladies Night Out?
Attendance for Ladies Night Out is limited to adults aged 21 and older. 

How do you find your merchants?
Merchants complete an application process each year and are selected based on event compatibility.
