Outlook 2010

Instructions for adding an iCal feed to Outlook 2010

  • First, get your calendar feed by right-clicking on this link and selecting "Copy link address" (depending on your browser this option may be worded slightly differently).
  • Open up Outlook 2010.
  • Click on the Calendar icon on the left side of the screen.
  • In the tool bar at the top of the screen, click on the "Open Calendar" button and select "From Internet..."
  • Paste the calendar link into the blank and click "OK."
  • Once you have successfully subscribed you can see your information by expanding "Other Calendars" in your navigation pane and selecting the calendar.

Outlook 2007

Instructions for adding an iCal feed to Outlook 2007

  • First, get your iCal feed.
  • In the Outlook 2007 Calendar menu select "Tools," and then select "Account Settings".
  • Click "Internet Calendars" and then select "New".
  • In the "New Internet Calendar Subscription" pop-up window paste the URL into the location field.
  • In "Subscription Options" set up the display and/or a description for your calendar.

Once you have successfully subcribed you can see your information by expanding "Other Calendars" in your navigation pane and selecting the calendar. Use the arrows on the calendar tabs to merge or separate calendars.

Google Calendar

With Google Calendar you can either subscribe to the feed or manually add events into your calendar.

Instructions for adding an iCal feed to your Google Calendar

  • First, get your calendar feed by right-clicking on this link and selecting "Copy link address" (depending on your browser this option may be worded slightly differently).
  • Go to your Google Calendars account.
  • On the left side of the page, click on the arrow to the right of "Other calendars" and select "Add by URL."
  • Paste your calendar link into the blank and click "Add Calendar."

Instructions for manually importing an iCal file into Google Calendar

  • On the itinerary page click "Add to Calendar", then select "Download calendar file".
  • In a new browser window go to Google Calendar.
  • From the "My Calendars" section on the left hand side click "Add" from the drop down menu and then select "Import Calendar".
  • On the next screen browse to the calendar file that you downloaded and choose where you want to save the information.
  • Finally, click "Import" to finish.

Apple Calendar

Instructions for adding an iCal feed to Apple Calendar

  • First, get your calendar feed by right-clicking on this link and selecting "Copy link address" (depending on your browser this option may be worded slightly differently).
  • Open the Mac OS X Calendar.
  • Select "New Calendar Subscription..." from the "File" drop down menu. For older versions of Calendar, go to the Calendar drop down and click 'Subscribe'.
  • Paste the calendar URL into the "Calendar URL" field.
  • Finally, click "Subscribe" to load the feed into your calendar.
  • After the feed is loaded, you have the options of settings. Once you are finished, your calendar feed should appear in the sidebar and your entries should appear in your calendar.

Apple iPhone (iOS 7)

Instructions for adding an iCal feed to you Apple iPhone

Be sure you are running the iPhone 3.0 software or greater.

  • First, get your calendar feed by copying this link
  • On your iPhone, go to "Settings."
  • Go to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars."
  • Tap "Add Accounts."
  • Select "Other" from the list of providers.
  • Below the "Calendars" header, click on "Add Subscribed Calendar."
  • Paste your calendar link into the "Server" field and tap "Next."
  • After the calendar link is verified, you will be prompted to enter your user name and password.
  • Tap "Save" when you are finished.
