For 90 years, the Junior League of Waco (JLW) has strengthened the Waco community by identifying critical needs and mobilizing the leadership, service, and financial resources of women to address them with purpose and impact.

Through strategic planning and ongoing conversations with community stakeholders, JLW continually evaluates where we can make the most meaningful difference in McLennan County. Our work is driven by a commitment to support women, children, and families through thoughtful programming and strong community partnerships.

Today, that commitment is reflected in several key initiatives. Our Pre-K Awareness Day connects families with early childhood education resources, enrollment information, and community support to ensure children are prepared for success. Our Women’s Empowerment Summit invests in the growth and leadership of women in our community by providing tools, mentorship, and opportunities for professional and personal development. Additionally, through our Community Impact partnerships, we provide financial support and volunteer service to local nonprofit organizations, strengthening programs that directly serve vulnerable populations across McLennan County.

Through these efforts, the Junior League of Waco continues to advance its vision that all women and children in our community are equipped to thrive and reach their full potential.
